Pos Knowledge-Gaap and Ankerdata. Furthermore i am very affy with all operational and admin procedures of running a restaurant, successfully. Opening and closing procedures, food and safety, buying stock, liasing with different suppliers,constantly comparing suppliers to stay on top of quality products and better prices.
Stocktake and control. I can do Cash ups and balance. Cash book and the running costs of the restaurant. Have planned and set up menus for a large number of people and functions, successfully. I am also very good knowledge of all take away apps and successful management thereof,ie: Uber, Mr D and Avo.
