I have more than 10 years Contact Center Experience mostly Inbound answering call and service clients with a First Call Resolution. I'm very professional yet a bubbly personality which compliments my career and therefore excel in effective communication. I'm a very good listener which enables me to screen the clients in opening of the calls and assist swiftly. I understand KPI's and SLA is of High Importance and therefor strive towards servicing all clients to the best of my ability and not deviating from the company's culture and protocols. I'm a good team player and work very independently. I adapt very easily and no matter the nature or service of the company in the end customer service is about having the resolution and to ensure that at close of call the client is satisfied and happy.
As an experience Customer Care Consultant at Media24 I've gained a great deal of knowledge and experience in communicating effectively. Im able to freely converse on all levels whilst navigating systems such as SAP and CRM.
Currently a 1st year student at Bellview studying Human Resources.
