Being involved in economic development for so long, perhaps I have been around the block. Yet, we'll have to go around again - to many exciting moving parts in all sectors. Resilience is the word that comes to mind when considering the nature of economic development in South Africa. Communities are resilient = and now worth R750 billion. It is an undocumented experience that deserves all plausible avenues of extrapolating worthwhile B-BBEE, ED and SED ventures and partnerships.
