My co-workers may describe me as being strict, but a fair teacher. One of my key-skills is maintaining classroom discipline with students of all ages. It's important for me to work hard to gain both trust and respect from my students and colleagues, I also find it important to teach children about inclusivity no matter their ages as it plays a big role in our community of today.

I try to use my ability of teaching to make it fun as well as build confidence, team work and a sense of independence, I believe that education is key. My approach to early childhood development is child-led and play-based, aligned with the National Curriculum Framework and ELDAs. I believe children learn best when they feel safe, loved, and free to explore.

I plan activities that build school readiness through real experiences — messy play for fine motor skills, story rings for language, and outdoor play for gross motor and social development. I document learning through observation and partner closely with parents to support each child's unique pace.
