Im currently an Office Assistant at a software development company. I help manage and execute communications for our CRM. I also manage the ticketing process as first line customer support.
In my role, I often collaborate with Technical Support Representative, Head of Product & Head of Development, to ensure that the issues our clients encounters are effectively communicated and attended to ensure that all our clients are fully satisfied. I believe in customer obsession starting with what the customer needs and working backwards.
As an office Assistant I also manage the adhoc duties which also includes assisting with HR related functions and updating and maintaining databases in line with GDPR and POPIA compliance requirements.
