My duties were

Managing stock inventory

• Monitor invoicing,billing, payment posting and receipes

-Reconcilation of inventory

-Purchasing of stock inventory

-Distribution of inventory

-Organizing stock in storage

• Managing lease and contract register
• Doing stock-take

-Ensure proper filing and safe keeping of documents

-Voucher control

-Drawing of monthly reports

-Capturing of incoming and outgoing of stock in the system

-Correction of stock deficits and surpluses

-Compile accruals,paid invoices and commitment schadules,keep the batch register up to date

I have N6 in Financial management (Awaiting for my diploma) which I studied at ESayidi Tvet college

I have Metric in commercial studies
