Duties

• Collection and filing of PODs from drivers and parts sales
• Processing of credit notes as need by customer, for stock returned

•Assisting with monthly stock takes, parts stock orders , invoicing bin Audits

•Cheque requisition and cash sales, deleted orders capturing

•Creating of all fuel orders and processing orders on to the system

•Assisting sales with all customer quotations

• Checking if quotes has been paid for invoicing.
• All parts related filling and up keep of documents.
• Answering and transferring all calls to the correct departments
• Greeting and assisting walk-in customers with queries
