I believe my education and practical experience have prepared me well for an entry-level position in the horticulture field.
My most relevant education is my Honors's degree in Agriculture from University of Venda, where I acquired a strong foundation in plant biology, horticultural practices, and the management of horticultural resources. The coursework included plant propagation, plant nutrition, pest management, landscape design, and greenhouse management.
Throughout my education, I gained practical experience through various laboratory and field-based courses, where I learned how to apply theoretical concepts to real-world situations. I also participated in internships with local horticultural companies, where I gained hands-on experience in plant care, landscaping, and greenhouse management.
Additionally, I pursued specialized courses in Horticulture.
Overall, my education in Agriculture has prepared me well for a career in the field, and I am confident that my knowledge, skills, and experience will contribute positively to any horticultural organization.
