My work pace is distinctly faster-than-average. I am able to learn quickly, thoroughly, and in detail, and will recognize and adjust to change once well-informed of the need for it. I am a self-disciplined person who can do a good deal of repetitive work. I am able to delegate routine detail work if possible, and when doing so, will follow up closely and critically to assure that the work is done in a correct and timely manner. I am also capable of delegating some authority, with close follow up and control.
Competitive and sure of myself, I set high standards of work quality for myself and others and am concerned with both timely accomplishments of objectives, and, to a lesser degree, the specific details of how things get done. I am stimulated by variety in my work and responsibilities, but always alert to opportunities for the development of the business which employs me, as well as my own career.
