I have 15 years of experience on Administration field . Most recently, I worked as Admin Supervisor and volunteering as an IT Superuser at Legal Aid South Africa, where my responsibilities included configuration of new laptops , adding them to the domain and upgrading Microsoft package.
During my one(1) year as an IT Superuser for Benoni Local Office, I've developed proficiency in both software and communication. I spearheaded the implementation of Ad Self Service on the user’s cellphone and downloaded the FortiClient software for remote access to the organization system . I frequently provided software support to the employees, promptly and effectively troubleshooting and solving software and technical issues.
I have completed Diploma in Information Technology and currently studying towards an Advance Diploma in Information Resource Management
