I'm an energetic strong single mom, working as a customer service operator. My communication and listening skills made me grow that's why i enjoy helping clients everyday of my life. I would like to experience other environments and share my experiences as well. My overall experience in customer service is 19 years and i'm enjoying it. I love helping walk-in clients because they get an instant solutions and they are willing to come back for my service. My communication and listening skills are my weapons.

Worked as a sales consultant for Blacksnow from 1998 till 2004.

Worked as a cellphone consultant for Jet store from 2005 till 2013.

My current job as a customer service operator for KTC-ZA from 2013 to date.

I passed matric and did a short course for NQF Level 4 in Business Admin with Seta.
