I'm an experienced IT Business Analyst/Technical Officer with a strong background in managing, securing, and optimizing IT infrastructure and systems. Over the years, I’ve developed a solid foundation in areas such as network administration, system support, software development, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies.

I specialize in identifying technical issues, implementing effective solutions, and ensuring seamless operation of hardware, software, and networks. I’m skilled in working with tools like Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, VB.Net, SQL Server, Power BI and virtualization platforms like VMware and Hyper-V.

I take pride in my problem-solving abilities and my commitment to keeping systems secure and efficient. Whether it’s troubleshooting end-user issues, automating processes, or leading IT projects, I always aim to deliver reliable results that support business goals.

I enjoy staying updated on emerging technologies and continuously improving both my technical and soft skills. I thrive in collaborative environments and believe clear communication is key to successful IT support and project delivery.

I have been in the IT industry from 2010 working as Senior IT Support Technician at Medipost Pharmacy until April 2015 where I joined Allegra as Applications Support Specialist Team Leader from May 2015 to April 2017. From there I joined Right ePharmacy as IT Technical Support Team Leader and I was promoted to Business Analyst. I have developed a lot of experience and skills during my 15 years career where i developed IT Infrastructure Skills, Software Development Skills, Software Testing Skills and Data and Business Analysis skills.

I am a very motivated person with a desire to learn more and keep updated with the latest technology trends.

I have completed a BCOM Degree in Information and Technology Management at Mancosa last year (10 October 2024) and I am currently in the process of being enrolled for a Honors Degree with the University of Pretoria.
