I'm Haanim Baboo. I am currently a team lead of 2 well performing teams consisting of 8 developers, 3 quality Engineers and 2 business analysts. I also manage the quality engineer division. I've got a total of 4 years experience in the IT industry. My leadership style is one of inclusiveness, visionary, coaching and pacesetting.
I started my IT career as a Quality Engineer focusing on manual and API testing. I proved to be efficient, enthusiastic, hard working and strong leader. My value quickly became apparent after led the team in planning, retro and through out the sprint successfully in the previous team leads absence and implemented a Quality Engineer Standard across the Quality engineering division.
Not only do our teams meet our goals, but they exceed in doing so with quality and thorough black box and whitebox testing being done.
I believe I will contribute to the successes of the company and my extensive expertise will ensure quality work is being provided. My time spend in my current company has prepared me for such an opportunity and i sincerely hope i can contribute soon as a team member of your team.
