Experience
Day-to-day management of Brown Field Projects, including taking the Projects forward from appointment (usually in Identifying a Project or Defining a Project), execution, monitoring & controlling and closing Projects
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and establishing technical and financial feasibility
Contribute towards contractor vendor selection and approval, develop a detailed project plan to track progress and report on projects performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
Prepare site as per client’s requirements, define and coordinate resources and third parties/vendors to ensure the successful execution of the projects
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Planning and designing of the project and proactively monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate
Manage project risks and impacts and ensure appropriate control measures are provided and implemented
Take necessary actions regarding hazard identification to report, eliminate the hazard or stop activities
Maintain monthly overview of services budget, monitor variations, and ensure cost control on projects, timely invoicing on services projects
Manage the execution of strategic projects or programs with the goal of delivering every project within the specified and agreed upon constraints of quality, scope, time and budget
Creating Request for Proposals (RFP) and managing the RFP process
Assist with project related commercial offers
Take all necessary actions to achieve contractual commitment
Provide appropriate and timely feedback regarding project or program status as per agreement with relevant stakeholders
Prepare and maintain project reports and run project meetings (internal as well as external)
Ensure adherence to the Project Management methodology and governance structures
Assist in the development and enhancement of the relevant Project Management processes and templates
Liaise with different disciplines with regards to requirements for each discipline
Oversee the construction according to the design for multi-discipline projects
