I am a motivated, adaptable, vibrant, and experienced Business Management Strategist with over 10-year experience in strategic management. I am a Balanced Scorecard Practitioner who is currently studying towards master’s degree in Business Administration. Over the past decade I have occupied several management roles in both the private and public sector organisations including being the Chief Executive Officer for a business management consultancy for a period of 5 years.

The roles I previously occupied involved the development and implementation of functional systems geared towards tracking organisational performance and productivity.

Over an extended period, I have acquired a value-based approach to create strategic partnerships at both lower and senior management levels to improve business performance in organisations. I have also worked extensively in cross-functional teams with reputable organizations and understand the dynamics of working in diverse groups and teams

I have completed an undergraduate degree over two decades ago at the University of KwaZulu Natal. This degree was supplemented with a diploma in Human Resources Management, Certificate in Business Systems Analysis. I am currently studying towards masters degree in Business Administration.
