I am a technical-oriented professional that has worked in various positions throughout my career since 1996. My experience includes IT Technician, IT Sales, Training, First line support, Hardware\Network troubleshooting and Service Desk management.
I started my IT career in 1996 and worked for a computer shop, software development company and a mining company. My responsibilities included assembling of computers, installing networks, troubleshooting hardware\software\networks, training users, telephonic and remote support, coordinating projects, managing service desk tickets, reporting to management and liaison between customer and helpdesk.
Senior Certificate - 1994.
Certificate in A+ - 2006.
Succesfully completed ITIL foundation examination - 2010.
