My name is Herve, and I am 40 years old.
After my diploma in PC network engineering, I have been working as IT Technician for 7 years at Matnet Technology and I have built a solid experience in technical support, troubleshooting, problem solving and customer service.
With my degree in information and resource management at UNISA, I have developed solid in incident and problem management and service operation.
I am dynamic to work in different environment and compliant with policies and procedures.
For example, with my acquired technical skill, I was able to assist the company Conekt Holdings to manage the IT infrastructure and resources at KIC South Africa (Pty) Ltd, manage incidents and problems within the defined SLA.
