I’ve been working for On the Dot for the past 15 years. I started off as a call center agent and I’m now 11 years in my current position doing finance.

• Create Purchase Orders, Goods Received Notes, and Invoices
• Reconcile supplier invoices against their statements.
• Supplier payments
• Journals
• Age analysis 
• Assist the Financial manager with adhoc duties.
• Commerce-zone (Orders & Request portal) 
• Lia (Travel Bookings)
• Banking 

• Purchase requisition
• Purchase Orders
• Confirm Goods Received Notes

I have completed a certificate in Economic and Management Science through the University of South Africa and currently doing my second level B Com Financial Accounting.
