• Provide sales services for M-KOPA products on a non-exclusive basis
• Carry out services with professionalism, efficiency, and conformity to M-KOPA standards
• Educate customers on correct usage of M-KOPA products and payment processes
• Operate within designated areas and attend planning and review meetings
• Report stock verification and any serious issues to M-KOPA management
• Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and M-KOPA policies including data privacy
• Avoid conflicts of interest and unauthorized promotion or sale of competing products
• Maintain and handle marketing kit and company products responsibly
• Attend compulsory training online or in-person as required
• Assist M-KOPA in investigations related to theft, damage or loss of products
