I currently work at WNS global services as a customer service advisor where I assist customer’s with general queries and maintaining a positive, emphatic and professional attitude towards customers at all times for 12 months. I also worked at CCI as a Claims Handler Specialist where I responded to claim injuries from policy holders also for 12 months. And I have worked at Ignition where I was upselling products to customers for the duration of 6 months

My highest level of education is Grade 12/ Matric. I matriculated in 2018
