Ilze Cason

I am a passionate educational designer and director with experience designing educational content for learners and adults. I have designed technical and practical manuals, workbooks, eLearning content and courses to enable students to grasp STEM content better. I have over 14 years of experience in facilitation, design and implementation of various learning content. And 5 years plus experience in programme and project management. i am a fast learner and have mastered various LMS and tools/apps to create content and streamline operations.

I have worked as a lecturer at a university (CUT, FS) for over 8 years where I lectured biological sciences, chemistry and physics. It is here that I started designing content for subjects as well as improving of guides etc. I also wrote and improved upon outcomes to align with current trends and programme outcomes. I tutored these subjects, including maths to highschool learners and university students and designed various workbooks and content. I have been running a school with two campuses, where I started the project and was involved in All stages from inception to improvement of operations.

Certificate in higher education studies from UFS certificate in project management from CUT, FS currently doing short courses in clinical project management
