I am willing to accept further responsibilities as may be required. I am also prepared to travel and willing to relocate if required.

 Acts as Management Nominee and effectively collaborates with Group and Business structures to achieve objectives.

 Ensure that the group adheres to Occupational Health & Safety regulatory requirements, as well as related policies across Functional Areas and Distribution Channels.

 Ensures Occupational Health & Safety structures are established and maintained in line with group requirements.

 Operationalise and ensures execution of the Health & Safety Strategy, including assessing, monitoring and reporting to the relevant committees for oversight.

 Manages and takes responsibility for emergency preparedness practice. Send out monthly updated branch list for updates and training requirements. Send training requests to Vendor (First-Aid/H&S Rep/Fire reps). Attend to booking, PO’s, payment and confirmations to attendees. Ensure delivery of Certificates and courier to regions

Responsible for engagement with Department of Labour and ensuring the group complies with Department of Labour by providing documentation timeously. Manage process until finalization
