Informed customers on the new and bold flavors that were being offered. Allowed them to try a free sample before they bought it so they could try it out. The store had just opened so I had to go around the market promoting the store and get people to try out the new flavors.

Answer calls and help customer as best as you can, if something needed to be escalate, it would be escalated to the relevant department that dealt with the issue. When customer call for a follow up or feedback, they would be told as per profile made for their order. Dealt with online orders, stock checking and feedback relaying when customers needed or asked, as well as communicating with stores for the customer and talking with the couriers for the customer.
