I have a diverse and enriching professional journey in the realms of software engineering and entrepreneurship. As a Frontend Engineer at Manual, I was at the forefront of developing a cutting-edge wellness platform. My key contributions encompassed the development of high-revenue generating sections and spearheading the migration of projects from React to NextJS.

My innovative strategies led to a notable 10% boost in conversion rates within a mere two weeks and the inception of a new UI library that accelerated the development process.

Beyond my role at Manual, I took the entrepreneurial leap by co-founding BlueAvo, a specialized marketplace for African creatives. As a Co-founder & Full Stack Engineer, I played a pivotal role in the development and launch of this platform, which garnered recognition for its engineering innovation. At BlueAvo, I employed state-of-the-art technologies to craft a user-centric platform, streamlined workflow processes and architected a scalable infrastructure.

My endeavours were recognized when the platform was honoured as a joint runner-up for the Best Engineering Innovation in Africa by the Royal Academy of Engineering Africa Prize in 2021.
