Isma-eel Parker

I am currently completing my degree in BCom Human Resource Management at UNISA. My goal is to graduate at the end of 2024.

I am passionate about people, have excellent interpersonal skills and I am very meticulous and detail oriented. Furthermore, I possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. I am confident that these qualities are perfectly suited for the HR field.

I am a self-taught HR Administrator. Overall, I have gained 10+ years of experience performing administrative duties during my career. I used the knowledge gained during my studies to implement various systems at my current workplace.

I have been able to practice HR for 3 years at my current job and still have much room for improvement thus I am determined to grow within this field, establish my career and will take any challenge head on to achieve this goal. I would love the chance to work at any company that will increase my knowledge and experience within this field and will grab any opportunities that come my way.

I am in the process of completing my BCom Human Resource Management degree at UNISA.
