• Filling and retrieval of patient records.
• Daily recording of patient’s statistic and data capturing on TIER.net/HIS and HPRS.
• Daily booking of patients and tracing of missing files.
• Correct capturing and implementation of downtime register and tools
• Prepare files and forward documents for archiving, disposition, recycling or shredding.
