After my experience as a business development executive, I was given the opportunity to join the best sales team in the Rola Motor Group. I joined Rola Volvo Somerset West at the end of 2021 and since then we have won best Volvo dealer of the year and best sales dealer of the year. I am part of a young and dynamic team specializing in new and used Volvo’s. My duties include but are not limited to, explaining features to potential customers. Doing test drives and building deals. Adhere to KPI’s as set out by the dealership. Ordering of custom-built cars for customers and keep customers informed of lead times. Customer satisfaction and assisting with any aftersales where necessary. Arranging collection and delivery for cars that have been sold or bought outside if the Western Cape. Adhere to admin duties such as deal files and sales documentation. Managing Selekt (Used) floor vehicles and assisting with recon of vehicles where necessary. Adhere to weekly audit set out by Volvo SA and cold calling potential customer to try and create as much business as possible.
Since I have started at Volvo, I have ordered the most amount of fully electric vehicles in the Western Cape.
I have worked in a variety of industries and have experience in logistics, sales, marketing and production.
I completed my Matric in 2017
