I am a well enthusiastic person who see the world in a cheerful way. I have businesses ideas which i have been working on and trying to launch them according to my 5 year plan. I enjoy working with clients and find stressful situations joyful as these are the times i feel challenged.

I started working at National in 2017 as a telesales agent whereby i managed to grow myself in other divisions such as, Customer Service, Key Accounts, Invoicing, Debt Collecting, Control Room, Client Liaison, Regional Client Liaison Administrator, Data Capturing, Reception and Technical Co-ordinating.

I hereby only have Matric and also completed my Customer Service Certificate.
