Currently I have a BTech degree in Labour relations management and a Certificate in Human Resource Management.
I have participated in a number of labour relations processes and procedures such as wage negotiations, discplinary and grievance, as well as dispute resolutions procedures.
Furthermore i have presided over many disciplinary hearings and facilitated trainings in labour law and labour relations for both management and non-managerial employees.
I have lectured labour law and labour relations management, presided over disciplinary hearings as well as facilitated training on labour law and labour relations management. As a shop steward at Goldfields of SA I participated in wage negotiations, disciplinary and grievance proceedings from 1990 to 1996.
Currently I have a BTech degree in Labour relations Management (UNISA), Diploma In Industrial relations (IAC) and a Certificate in Human Resource Management.
