I have 18 years as a Quantity Surveyor with great companies (Murray & Roberts) and well known projects (Gautrain).
I am currently employed at Alert Developments as a Quantity Surveyor, we currently have 4 sites running and I am the QS responsible on them working under the Director. I am currently dealing with all sectors of construction work from tendering to project start-ups. During construction I do monthly claims, I do better buying and check daily break-evens to ensure that we are always within budget and making the profit that is expected on the project. I do monthly cost reports.
I am a hardworking, keen and a great team player. I am positive and open to learning and willing to bring all my knowledge and 18 years’ experience to a project. I believe in making any situation a success. I have loads to offer but need the opportunity to prove myself.

During construction I do monthly claims and submit it to the client and agree quantities for payment.
I manage sub-contractors by setting up contracts and agreeing rates and during the project I check the claims that they submit and agree quantities to be paid to them. I do better buying and check daily break-evens to ensure that we are always within budget. I do monthly cost reports and cashflows to make sure that we are reaching our expected profit.
I studied at Cape Technikon from 2000 till 2003 and obtained a National Diploma in Building.
