I have a proven track record of success in the restaurant and hospitality industry. In my most recent position as Group General Manager, I oversaw the operations of seven restaurants and two canteens. My responsibilities included budget creation and management, profit and loss control, marketing initiatives, menu development, and ensuring strict adherence to health and safety protocols. I was also directly responsible for a staff of 120 employees.One of my key achievements during my tenure as Group General Manager was the successful expansion of three restaurant brands, including Cozinha Canteen, Eat@Lm Portuguese restaurants, and The Crowbar family restaurant and sports bar.
