I am a professional hard working individual with strong customer relations skills. I am a team player with a passion for customer satisfaction. In my current role I work with customers on a daily basis with my main role being the resolution of customer requests / complaints.
It is my passion to assist customers and to ensure that all their requests are attended to and resolved in a professional and timeous manner. I have a strong administrative background, and years of experience which has equipped me with the necessary skills to carry out my role as supervisor. I am customer and service delivery oriented as this ultimately builds reputation and trust.
I have more than seven years in a customer services environment. I worked as a customer services team leader in the Lancet Laboratories call center where it was my responsibility to ensure 100% customer satisfaction. From here I was promoted to department supervisor in the specimen reception department at Lancet Laboratories head office overseeing the 24 hour operation of the department.
My duties include the implementation and compliance to ISO standards such as ISO : 90001 and ISO 15189, conducting annual audits ensuring the department retains is SANAS accreditation.
I have completed a Nebosh international certificate in occupational health and safety.
