I am a natural born hunter with a strong business acumen with over 10 years of experience in sales and customer service. i love working with people and leading my staff to enable them to deliver positive results and grow their own personal portfolio. I have 10 years' experience in sales and customer service both local and international. i have managed call centre from 15 agents all the way to 150 agents running different campaigns from short term, long term, B2B and B2C. i have grown my portfolio from being an agent to a senior operations manager.
currently studying bachelor degree in law with the university of south Africa and also studying towards my RE5 and class of business once I have obtained my RE5
