Joyride Maklina

My name is Joyride, best known as Joy. I've worked as a telesales agent for about 4 months as well as debt collecting and mediation. I've worked as a customer service representative in the call centre industry for over a year and as a cashier at Roots Butchery.

I'd like to gain more experience as a general worker, personal assistant or in the admin/clerk department as I feel this is the department that I am capable of. I have excellent MS Office and Excel Skills. Working in a call center for international campaigns added to my excellent communication skills, multi-tasking (as we worked on a minimum of 6 systems) and competitiveness as a sales agent has to strive to be the best.
