I’m writing to express my interest in this position advertised. I have gained a Call Centre experience after I had finished my Grade 12 in 2010. I work at KSS Cellular as a Telesales agent for 5 months. Then worked at HTN Attorneys as a Trace Consultant for 3 months, then I got a job as a Debt Collector as ADRS for 8 months, and left for a position a had applied for as an IT Asset Auditor as XON Systems for the South African National Defense Force.
I have a National Senior Certificate (Matric), and I have studied Higher Certificate in Computer System Engineering (MCSE), and a have a Higher Certificate in IT Technical Support. I understand good customer service is paramount when working, and I have potential in this position advertised, as I have gained good working skills and techniques during my experience. And I have excelled very well in these past companies that I have worked for.
I strongly believe that my skills acquired through firsthand in the industry can be very beneficial to your organization. I worked at an internet café as an IT Technician, maintaining the network and repairing laptop and desktop computers for clients. I am currently working as an IT Support Technician at Transaction Capital Recoveries, I do Branch Support, Active Directory, MS Exchange, Helpdesk Support, Change Server backup tapes, repair, install and configure desktop and laptops machines, monitor SMS and fax line servers. Symantec Anti Virus (update, install, uninstall) etc. I then moved to Nutun Transact and filled the Time and Attendance Implementation Specialist, where I assist client to do installations, upgrades, troubleshoot, provide software support via phone calls, emails, teams and zoom meetings.
