I am Judy Maluleke, a dedicated finance professional with extensive experience in accounts payable and creditors management. I hold a National Diploma in Cost and Management Accounting from Vaal Triangle Technikon, now known as VUT, as well as a BCompt Degree from UNISA.

Currently, I work for Plumblink as a Senior Accounts Payable Clerk, where I manage the creditors department with the assistance of one clerk. My role includes overseeing supplier payments, reviewing reconciliations, clearing bank statements daily, and ensuring that all financial records are accurate and up to date.

Over the years, I have developed strong skills in full-function creditors management, problem-solving, reconciliation processes, and maintaining strong internal controls. I also enjoy mentoring and supporting junior staff members while ensuring deadlines are met and suppliers are paid on time.

Senior Accounts Payable Clerk at Plumblink (2017-03 – Present)

• Processing of payments and supplier documents
• Ensuring invoices related information that's correct before payment
• Daily reconciliation of the HO cashbook, receipt posting and balancing of suppliers invoices on daily basis
• Maintain fixed assets, Capex budget by ensuring the figures are accurate and approved by the company directors
• Ensure accruals and prepayment concepts are applied to processed transactions
• Full function accounts payable
• Ensure daily operations run smoothly within the scope of accounts receivable and accounts payable by collaborating with accounts, procurement department and finance manager
• Oversee the collection, deposit, and reconciliation of bank funds and accounts

• Processing and Posting of Head Office and regional invoices on a daily basis and passing of the regional costs through loan accounts as a month end procedure
• Make sure that managers sign off the invoices as per company's procurement policy
• Checking invoices related information that's correct before payment-SARS requirements
