Through out my 15-year career, with 11 years in management positions, I have gained extensive experience in health data management within South Africa, working for a range of organizations, including NGOs. Focusing on health programs related to TB, HIV/AIDS, GBV, teenage pregnancies, Girl Child, PMTCT, and more, I have played a pivotal role in improving data quality and reporting. My responsibilities have encompassed leading the development of data, collection tools, managing databases, conducting monitoring and evaluation (M&E), performing data analysis, and delivering reports to stakeholders.
I have effectively utilized software tools such as STATA, Power-BI, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint to compile comprehensive reports and create dynamic dashboards that showcase validated data and insights derived from rigorous M&E processes. These reports and dashboards have been valuable resources for management and stakeholders. Throughout my journey, my passion for managing health data and conducting M&E has remained steadfast, fueling my dedication to consistently delivering exceptional work.
