I am presently employed with Aurum Institute under the Global Fund Grant as a Monitoring Evaluation Reporting and Learning Officer mandated to focus on TB in the eThekwini District. I was initially employed as a Project Coordinator in Malmesbury in the TB LON programme. I coordinated the data from the TB and vaccination programmes entered into DHIS.
I was responsible for project monitoring, reporting and administration. I was previously employed as the Monitoring and Evaluation Officer at Education Development Centre supporting USAID Schools Based HIV and GBV Prevention Programme. One of my strengths is to be thorough and excellent attention to detail.
I lead, manage and address internal and external audit findings through prompt action/changes at the appropriate level and take action on those areas, implementing and maintaining all data management related SOPs with partners and responsible for the development of qualitative and quantitative data collection through tools used aligned to DHMIS policy and USAID reporting platform. I Identified and developed tools and systems that support M&E capacity building and implementation across all departments by identifying needs and indicators, developing relevant and appropriate training and skills transfer, supporting implementation, evaluating and identifying areas of skills development needs. I perform Routine Data Quality Audits adhering to the principles (Validity, Reliability, Integrity, Precision and Time) data captured.
I equipped myself with excellent inter-personal, presentation and communication skills and am in possession of a BCom degree in Information Technology Management.
