I’m currently a Quality Controller at Trident Steel, where I’ve been specializing in automotive components since April 2015. In this role, I manage and resolve customer quality-related issues, ensure compliance with industry standards, and work closely with both internal teams and clients to maintain high product reliability and customer satisfaction. Over the years, I’ve developed strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-improvement skills.
