Formulated and adminnistered baseline surveys for Small Medium Enterprises(SMEs), Coperatives and Agrigators.

• Conducting Due diligence on Small and Medium Enterprises, Coperatives and Agrigators before becoming beneficiaries of the project.
• Formulating Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the Zambia Agribusiness and Trade Project and respective project beneficiaries.
• Tracked the action plan and against the approved budget lines

•Conducting reviews of Contractor Environmental Social Management Plan (C-ESMP).

• Formulating and adminnistered checklists to monitor C-ESMP compliance.
• Monitored Occupational Health and Safety drills as this was a key safeguards component for the World Bank
