As an assistant, my task was assigned to me by the manager and I was assigned to shadow and assist a member of the maintenance division. I attended to multiple aspects such as fixing and repairs to microwaves, safes, replacing bulbs. I have learnt so much in my time at the Elangeni and Maharani Hotel during my school holiday.
Having gained this insight into the hospitality world, has equipped me with the skills onset to pursue my passion, in electrical and am aware that running my own empire one day can be amalgamated to my industries and not restricted to just Electric Company.

Assistant Handler, distribution clerk - Naidoo's Wholesale Fruit and Veg - Durban

As a handler of the fruit and vegetables, my duty on weekends and afterhours is to assist in compiling orders and maintain standard and freshness of the fresh produce. Product handling is vital in a business that promotes excellent service and client satisfaction. Should an over ripe or damage product is supplied, client dissatisfaction, could result in loss to the company, my job in handling the fresh products steps in.
I assist with deliveries and preparing the orders for distribution on the weekends and school holidays. Having gained this insight into the business world, has equipped me with the skills onset to running my own empire one day.
