My name is Keenan Rees. I am currently the Assistant Manager for an Olive Oil Company called Vesuvio Estates which distributes nationwide. My main function is ensuring the operation of the factory, by scheduling production runs for our bottling, procuring new packaging stock and controlling stock in and out of the factory. I also oversee the makeup and dispatch of all orders nationwide. Finally I oversee the food safety for the facility.
