• Lead a remote-first global software consulting team connecting developers and IT professionals with real opportunities while helping junior talent grow into confident, independent professionals.

• Designed APIs, service boundaries, and data models for scalable, maintainable systems.

• Migrated a legacy platform to Elixir/Phoenix, improving maintainability, throughput, and architectural clarity.

• Designed PostgreSQL schemas and Elasticsearch search capabilities for high-volume datasets.
