My name is Kgabo Somo and I reside in Pretoria. I would like to apply for the Control Room Operator Position. I have the capabilities to carry out the admin Work, take inbound and Outbound telephone calls be it in the Control Room, Have good telephone etiquette and able to distribute calls to relevant department within the organisation, I am currently working as a Control Room Operator by profession at G4S Head Office and at times, I compile relevant reports and update management of daily operation of the Control Room department, I have more than 9 years of experience within the Security Industry working both as a Control Room and Switchboard Operator.

I have built this reputation through my desire to learn and grow within the Customer Service field. I am saying this due to the knowledge I have with respect to other experienced and qualified candidates that may have apply for same positions.
