I am currently working as Business Development Associate at Montsonyana Staffing Services in Johannesburg. In this position I am responsible for Suggesting strategies to expand market research; recommending improvements as needed; preparing all documentation required for requests for proposals (RFPs); developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business; presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and management; selecting automation software and software platforms that best meet company needs; arranging business development meetings with prospective clients and promoting the company’s products and service offerings to prospective clients. Over the past 2 years, I have gained extensive experience in the field of business development and analysis through creating and managing new business partnerships.
