Kgaugelo, as he is known, started his professional career in early 1997. Since then he has been specializing in Industrial Relations (Human Resources), working for Telkom, Mbileni Tohlang Attorneys, Scorpion Legal Protection, National Union of Metal workers of South Africa, Prestige Group and Powertech Transformers. During this time, he has gained excellent all-round IR expertise as well as dealing at a strategic level.
His skills extend over the full IR Value chain i.e. disciplinary and grievance hearings, training and development, Employment Equity, CCMA and Bargaining Councils representation at Conciliation, Mediation and Arbitration level as well as Labour Court litigation and union negotiations.

He was a member of Bid Evaluation Committee of the National Tender Committee as well as a Health and Safety Representative of the Auditor General of South Africa.
