I am a seasoned Senior HR professional with over 17 years’ experience in Business Partnering and Strategic HR leadership roles. Passionate about the employee journey and the impact this has on an organisation. I have extensive experience in general Human Resources Management as well as Industrial Relations. Focused on improving business performance by aligning strategy with people performance and capability development as well as organisational culture, diversity &leadership effectiveness. My technical abilities and excellent communication skills have allowed me to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team on many occasions. I am registered with the SABPP as a HR Professional. I have been responsible for overseeing large staff complements (exceeding 2,000) and I have sat on numerous Management Committees. Utilise a disciplined yet flexible skills gained from a Human Capital/operational management background within a commercial context.
