Kgaugelo was a Legal Advisor Employment Law and Relations within Human Capital at Auditor General of South Africa. Kgaugelo is currently an Operations Director at Optimiza Consultancy (Pty) Ltd and a Shareholder.
He was a member of Bid Evaluation Committee of the National Tender Committee as well as a Health and Safety Representative of the Auditor General of South Africa. He is also a member of Institute of People Management and a member of the professional body called South African Board of People Practices.
