Installation and repair (Air conditioning and refrigeration), Monthly Reports Quotation (Quote request, Purchase Order and Attending Monthly Meetings), HVAC system, Electrical, Electronics Controls, Air Con, Fridges, Chillers, electricity and Ventilation. Field service on air-conditioning and refrigeration for Cresta Mall, Southgate Mall, ACSA Air-Port (OR-TAMBO), South African Airways (SAA), Benmore Garden shopping centre, Sandhurst, Sandown village, Westgate Mall, Carnival Mall, Bedford Center/Square, Menly Mall. Carrying planned preventative maintenance of all Electrical associated equipment.
Operate and monitor all plant equipment safety such as visual inspection of Air Handling unit, pump, motors, air cons, fridges (cold room and freezer room, splits unit, cassettes, under-ceiling, core rooms, chillers, cooling tower, evaporative condenser), BMS System, electronics system and electrical. Generating reports and quotation for all repairs and new installation. Ensuring safe and risk free working environment conduct preventative maintenance on machine ensuring good running condition and replace worn out components maintaining up to date records of carried out on daily work.
