I have a national diploma in IT that i completed with cum laude.
I worked on a freelancing project where i developed a e-commerce website for a fashion design company and i made use of PHP-myadmin as an administartion tool.
I also made use of HTML, javascript and my SQL to develop the website.
I'm well-versed in a wide range of computer programming languages such as C# and Java.
In my previous role, I was a L1 software support analyst for a company that works with a Learning Management System (LMS) that is used across the globe. I was responsible for monitoring and responding to open tickets, troubleshooting, fixing all end-user issues that are resolvable through the LMS User Interface while reviewing all relevant knowledge bases and documentation.
